The "Stability Surge" is Real&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;p class="block-p"&gt;The Bank of Canada held rates at &lt;strong&gt;2.25%&lt;/strong&gt; again on April 29th. While the headlines focus on "no change," the real story is in the &lt;strong&gt;buyer psychology.&lt;/strong&gt; * &lt;strong&gt;The View from the Ground:&lt;/strong&gt; At my open houses last weekend in Mission, I didn't see "lookie-loos."
