How do you find your perfect home?

1. Most important - think about what your non negotiables are. Do you need a certain amount of bedrooms, room to grow? Downsizing? A yard for pets? Make a list and make sure you're looking at those factors when searching.

2. Find a home that is in your budget and shop within it! The worst thing you can do is look at homes you can't afford. You'll always compare the luxury homes with homes in your budget and you'll be left feeling overwhelmed and disappointed.

3. Bigger isn't always better. Think about your needs, and how much home you want to clean (LOL!)

4. Good neighbourhoods are so important! Research the crime rates in the city you want to live in! What are your non negotiables in your home? Do you wish you made a list?
