Something I think gets overlooked when people move out is the cleaning process. I can’t count the amount of times I have had to help out my clients who purchased a home find a cleaner because it was left in not so great conditions.
Part of my seller checklist is to make sure they have a cleaner booked, not only to take some stress off of them, but to also make sure the new homeowners get a fresh start in their new home!
